Annual Meeting Minutes and Documents
The Annual Pincrest Property Owners Association Meeting is the time of the year when all paid members of the PPOA are asked to attend. This meeeting typically is held
on the first Sunday in May and it the time where the years budget is reported, board members elected, and current issues discussed. Below is a transcript of these
annual meeting as they become available.
The monthly board meetings are held typically the first Tuesday of every month at 7pm in the Lodge. These meetings consist of organizing
events, discussions on keeping the PPOA facilites in working order, and opening a general forum for concerns or comments brought up within the
neighborhood. A transcript of each meeting throughout the years can be found here as they become available. Every paid member of the PPOA is also
welcome to attend these monthly Board meetings and raise questions or concerns.
Due to a computer crash, 2021 minutes from January through June have been lost. The PPOA Board appologizes for the inconvenience,
